入选标准
- •(1) Patients developing acute onset motor and/or sensory and/or sphincteric disturbance with/without a definite sensory level.
- •(2) Neurological deficit maximal within 72 hours of symptom onset and no progression over 3 weeks.
- •(3) Absence of mass lesion or structural abnormality on MRI.
排除标准
- •(1)Presence of other known neurological diseases.
- •(2)Clinical or radiological signs of involvement of brain matter.
- •(3)H/O trauma to spinal cord.
- •(4)H/O radiation to the spine in previous 10 years.
