Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Patients developing acute onset motor and/or sensory and/or sphincteric disturbance with/without a definite sensory level.
- •(2\) Neurological deficit maximal within 72 hours of symptom onset and no progression over 3 weeks.
- •(3\) Absence of mass lesion or structural abnormality on MRI.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\)Presence of other known neurological diseases.
- •(2\)Clinical or radiological signs of involvement of brain matter.
- •(3\)H/O trauma to spinal cord.
- •(4\)H/O radiation to the spine in previous 10 years.
