Inclusion Criteria
Subjects of either gender in between the age group of 20-60 years
Subjects presenting with Lakshanas of Gridhrasi
Subjects presenting with signs and Subjects symptoms of Sciatica
Post Covid and Non Covid Subjects
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects with systemic disorders that may interfere with the course of treatment
Subjects with history of spinal fracture Neoplastic condition of spine Infections like Tuberculosis etc
Pregnant and lactating mother
