Inclusion Criteria
1. Adults older than 18 year-old diagnosed with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer by TURBT with pathologic confirmation
Exclusion Criteria
1. small tissue which cannot be clarified by pathologist
2. benign tumor
3. other tumor apart from urothelial carcinoma
4. muscle invasive bladder cancer
5. prior radiation therapy
6. Previously diagnosed other cancer with prior chemotherapy or radiation therapy
