Inclusion Criteria
1. Aged 18 - 80 years, either sex
2. Chronic systolic heart afilure confirmed by transthoracic echo
Exclusion Criteria
1. Severe lung disease
2. Any condition that would preclude participants from lying comfortably on a couch for the duration of the study
