Inclusion Criteria
1) A person aged 65 or older who has no communication difficulties,
2) Those who do not have any inconvenience in daily life and behavior,
3) Those who are not taking psychiatric medications or have not been diagnosed with dementia or depression;
4) Seniors who understand the purpose of the study and agree to participate in the study
