- •Evidence of pulmonary hypertension according to current guidelines of the European Society of cardiology (ESC)
- •therapy group: pulmonary hypertension class I and IV according to Nice-classification
- •control group: pulmonary hypertension class II according to Nice-classification,
- •informed consent
排除标准
- •pneumothorax,
- •severe pulmonary disease,
- •liquorhhea,
- •intolerance of ventilation therapy during run-in phase
