Inclusion Criteria

1. Clinical Presentation Of Gridhrasi

2. Positive SLR

3.Tenderness Of Sciatica Nerve Course

4.Severe pain on squatting.

5.Patient willing to be registered for study.

Exclusion Criteria

1.Fracture related to spine.

2.Patients who have suffering from any systemic or metabolicdisorders. (Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Tuberculosis of Spine and Hip joint, Malignancy

3.Traumatic, Infective, Neoplastic conditions of spine.

4.Anaemia (Haemoglobin % <07.00 mg/dl).

5.Cardiac disease (Ischemic Heart Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, Myocardial Infarction etc.)

6.Sciatica due to traumatic injuries.

7.Previous surgical or medical history.

8.Pregnant women & lactating women.

9.Patient having any hematological and bleeding disorders.

10.Patients having Abnormal LFT & RFT.

11.Patients having Monoplegia, Paraplegia.

12.Red flag sign. (It may indicate serious symptoms such as Bowel/Bladder disturbance, Cancer, RTA {Road Traffic Accident} steroid medication, HIV, Unexplained fever etc.)
