Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients > 18 years of age.
- •Patients undergoing surgery under spinal anaesthesia.
- •ASA I, II, III patients.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Consent refusal by the patient for study
- •Infection at the site of spinal injection
- •Patients with severe hypovolemia or haemorrhagic shock
- •Pre-existing severe neurological, cardiac, renal or liver disease
- •Thrombocytopenia and Coagulopathies
- •Patient currently taking anti-coagulant/anti-platelet therapy
- •Spine injury
