- •1.All patients aged > 18 yrs scheduled for elective surgery after at least 8 hrs of fasting.
- •2.ASA I and II physical status
排除标准
- •1.Lack of consent for participation in the study
- •2.Presence of abdominal mass or ascites
- •3.Pregnancy
- •4.ASA III, IV &V physical status
- •5.Poor Sonoanatomy causing poor visualization of the inferior vena cava and the right atrium
- •6.Fasting less than 8 hrs or emergency surgery
