Inclusion Criteria
• Patients > 18 years of age.
• Patients undergoing surgery under spinal anaesthesia.
• ASA I, II, III patients.
Exclusion Criteria
• Consent refusal by the patient for study
• Infection at the site of spinal injection
• Patients with severe hypovolemia or haemorrhagic shock
• Pre-existing severe neurological, cardiac, renal or liver disease
• Thrombocytopenia and Coagulopathies
• Patient currently taking anti-coagulant/anti-platelet therapy
• Spine injury
