- •All pregnant female with age 21 years to 35 years with gestational age 37th week with single live fetus, with no complications,ASA grade 2 posted for elective lscs under spinal anaesthesia
排除标准
- •Patient excluded from this study of they refuse to be a part of study , having allergy to drug bupivacaine, infection at local site, pt with cardiopulmonary compromise, renal disease ,git illness, fetal anomalies and placental anomalies,PIH
- •Gestational diabetes, contraindications to spinal anaesthesia,short stature, pt with coagulopathy, BMI more than 40kg/m2,pt with peripheral neuropathy, psychiatric illness,pt with anatomical abnormalities
