Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosed cases of Migraine headache, according to ICDH- 3 (Migraine without aura)
During headache at least one of the following: nausea and/or vomiting, photophobia, phonophobia.
Exclusion Criteria
•Headache disorder that began less than a year ago; pregnancy; malignancy; cluster headache (IHS code 3); indication of a particular cause for the headache disorder (IHS codes 5â??11); cranial neuralgias (IHS code 12)
Subjects associated with any other neurological disorder such as Acute Head or Neck injuries.
Diagnosed with any vestibular disorder or perceptual disorders.
Subjects with history of Cold, fever or sore throat since past 2 weeks.
