Name Time Method Questionnaires (skin picking scale revised [SPS-R]; skin picking impact scale [SPIS-S]; Milwaukee Inventory for the Dimensions of Adult skin picking [MIDAS]; Trait scale of the Stait trait anxiety and depression inventory [STADI]; Questionnaire for standardized self-assessment of emotional competencies [SEK]) will be administered before and after a two-week intervention: Comparison of skin picking symptoms, psychological well-being and emotion regulation before and after intervention (expressive writing vs. control condition).
