- •1.Altered sensorium (GCS <10)
- •2.Not able to protect airways
- •3.Nasal obstruction (anatomical, does not include RT)
- •4.Patient Refusal
- •5.Unstable hemodynamics like double vasopressors support, intractable arrhythmias
- •6.Respiratory arrest
- •7.Facial injury
- •8.Recent upper gastrointestinal or oropharyngeal surgery
- •9.Epistaxis
- •10.Base of skull fracture
- •11.12. Any contraindication to CPAP
