Inclusion Criteria

  • •1. The patients with prior written informed consent to this study.
  • •2. The patients with endoscopic retrograde cholangiography under sedation.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1. Patients unable to apply high-flow nasal cannula
  • •2. Patients with nasopharynx bleeding or obstruction
  • •3. Patients with or who are scheduled for endotracheal intubation
  • •4. Patients who underwent tracheostomy
  • •5. Patients using home oxygen or ventilators
