Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Age between 18 to 65 years of both gender.
- •2\. BMI \> 22\.9 kg/m2
- •3\. Patient with H/O nocturnal stridor and/or OSA
- •(obstructive sleep apnea)
- •4\. Patient with ASA class 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient refuse to give consent.
- •2\. Age \<18 years or \>65 years.
- •3\. Patient with known airway pathology, morbid
- •obesity, pregnancy.
- •4\. Patient with ASA class 3 and 4\.
