- •Supratentorial gliomas grade III (anaplastic glioma)
- •- Glioblastoma, when the patient can be assigned to EORTC RPA Class III or IV
- •- ECOG = 2
- •- Indication for high-dose radiotherapy or radiochemotherapy
- •- Capacity to consent and written consent of the patient
- •- German is the dominant language, if multilingualism is present
排除标准
- •- Patients with median survival <12 months: glioblastoma RPA Class V (glioblastoma AND > 50 years old AND only biopsy, no extirpation AND slightly or severely limited cognitive performance)
- •- Limitation of the expected survival time of <12 months due to other diseases
- •- Tumors of other histology or location
- •- Pre-irradiation of the brain
- •- Tumor recurrence
- •- Lack of capacity to consent or lack of written consent of the patient
- •- Inability to MRI planning (eg. contraindications to performing MRI)
- •- Lack of compliance of the patient
- •- Lack of or limited possibility of a reproducible storage (eg by severe restriction of mobility of the patient)
