- •Acute kidney injury which needs renal replacement therapy
- •Circulatory Shock which requires one pressor & requires ultrafiltration
- •Mean arterial pressure (MAP) of at least 70 mmHg at the start of SLED
排除标准
- •1.Known chronic kidney disease or shrunken kidneys on ultrasonography
- •2.Chronic kidney disease dialyzed before
- •3.Had received oral antihypertensives within 24 hours of onset of shock
- •4.Current Pregnancy
