Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Acute kidney injury which needs renal replacement therapy
- •Circulatory Shock which requires one pressor \& requires ultrafiltration
- •Mean arterial pressure (MAP) of at least 70 mmHg at the start of SLED
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Known chronic kidney disease or shrunken kidneys on ultrasonography
- •2\.Chronic kidney disease dialyzed before
- •3\.Had received oral antihypertensives within 24 hours of onset of shock
- •4\.Current Pregnancy
