Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age more than 18 years
  • •Symptoms of obstructive sleep apnea satisfying STOP BANG scoring systems
  • •Treatment naïve Moderate to severe OSA in the previous sleep study

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Cervical Spinal Abnormalities
  • •Chest Wall Deformities
  • •Any Organ Failure like Respiratory Cardiac Failure, Liver or Renal Failure
  • •Severe Obstructive or Restrictive Pulmonary Disease
  • •Recent Surgeries
  • •Any Un controlled diseases or Neurological or Cardio cerebrovascular Diseases
