- •Treatment naïve Moderate to severe OSA in the previous sleep study

- •Any Organ Failure like Respiratory Cardiac Failure, Liver or Renal Failure
- •Severe Obstructive or Restrictive Pulmonary Disease
- •Recent Surgeries
- •Any Un controlled diseases or Neurological or Cardio cerebrovascular Diseases
