1.Patients presenting with signs and symptoms of Shushkakshipaka and meibomian Gland Dysfunction
2. Age 20-60 years
3. Visual acuity 6/6 both eyes, with or without glasses.
1. Patient having visual acuity < 6/6 & N6 with or without glasses
2. Patient having infective anterior segment disorders, lid disorders etc.
3. Patient suffering from specific eye lid disorders like tumor, skin allergies (acne rosacae), ectropion, entropion, lagophthalmos, aqueous deficiency dry eye etc.
4. Systemic diseases like DM, HTN, RA.

Name Time Method To assess the effect of therapy, objectively all signs and symptoms were given scoring depending upon their severity. <br/ ><br>Complete remission- more than 90% <br/ ><br>Maximum improvement-76-90% <br/ ><br>Moderate improvement-51-75% <br/ ><br>Mild improvement-26-50% <br/ ><br>no improvement- less than 25%Timepoint: The effect of therapy will be observed during first day of trial, at 15th day of trial and on the 30th day of trial.
