1. Patients of Type 2 DM from either sex on insulin therapy irrespective of duration of diabetes, type and dose of insulin.
2. Having full details of insulin injection technique, insulin type, dose, needle usage/reusage, behaviour.
3. Having HCP remarks on presence/absence lipodystrophy in the database.
1. Children below 15 years
2. Elderly above 85 years.
3. Pregnant lady on insulin
4. Patients with alteration of skin texture in the insulin injection areas due to other causes such as burn/scald or trauma.
