Adult patients shifted to the recovery room(PACU) following surgery in Major Operation theatres
Exclusion Criteria
-Non surgical patients
-Children (<= 18 yrs)
-Sedated, intubated patients in PAC
-Patients undergoing emergency surgery
-Readmission to PACU
