  • •All Adult patient undergoing elective surgery and Admitted to PACU or Recovery Room during post operative period.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Children ( \<18years).
  • •2\.Refusal of consent
  • •3\.Non surgical patient in PACU
  • •4\.Sedated and intubated patient in PACU
  • •5\.patient undergoing emergency surgery
  • •6\. Re admission to PACU.
  • •7\. Minor surgery
