Children ageds 5-18 years old with frequent rhinitis who were followed up at the pediatric out-patient unit, Ramathibodi Hospital were screened and enrolled from April 2018 to March 2019. Frequent rhinitis was defined as having rhinitis symptoms (sneezing, itching, nasal obstruction, rhinorrhea) more than 6 times in the past year and rhinitis symptoms occur for two or more consecutive days for more than 1 hour on most days.
Children who have asthma, developmental delay, intellectual disability, epilepsy, ADHD, or who received intranasal corticosteroid within 1 month before enrollment were excluded.
