1. Age > 18 years.
2. Willing to participate and able to understand, read and sign the informed consent document.
3. The patients in whom CAD was suspected, and they all underwent coronary angiogram.
4. Baseline laboratory test were obtained.
1. Patients have no blood collected at enrollment
2. Patients with rheumatoid arthritis
3. Patients with allergic asthma
4. Patients with cancer
5. Patients with gingival fibroblasts
6. Patients with neuropathology of Alzheimer’s disease
7. Patients with transplantation
8. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease
9. Patients with Infectious disease
