Exclusion Criteria

Having other inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and MS and ....
Lifestyle with Mobility (VO2max) More than 40 mg / dl.
Use of cigarettes and alcohol

Interleukin 17. Timepoint: Blood sampling is performed one day before the intervention and 12 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: German Zelbio kit by ELISA method.;Thermal shock protein70 kDa. Timepoint: Blood sampling is performed one day before the intervention and 12 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: German Zelbio kit by ELISA method.;Insulin resistance. Timepoint: Blood sampling is performed one day before the intervention and 12 weeks after the intervention. Method of measurement: HOMA-IR={Fasting blood glucose (mmol/ml) × fasting insulin (microunits/ml)} ÷ 22/5.;Alanine aminotransferase enzyme.
