- •Surgery in supine position under GA,
- •Duration of anaesthesia \<2Hrs,
排除标准
- •History of \- preoperative sore throat or recent upper airway infection, oral surgeries, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,
- •Pregnant women,
- •Mallampati grade \>II,
- •cervical spine disorder,
- •Patient on chronic medication (NSAID, Steroids),
- •Those who required more than one attempt at intubation.,
- •Known smoker
- •Time of intubation \>15 seconds.
