Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients undergoing general anesthesia
  • 2\.Patients scheduled general anesthesia with spontaneous ventilation and I\-gel® insertion

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients without consents
  • 2\.Pregnancy
  • 3\.Patients with aspiration risk factors
  • 4\.Patients with neck disease
  • 5\.Patients with upper respiratory infection
  • 6\.Patients anticipating difficult airway
  • 7\.Patients with BMI \> 35 kg/m2
