Inclusion Criteria
1. Age:30 to 65 years
2. Both male and female
3. Hypertensive (k/c/o) patients who are willing to participate in the study
4. Patients under one or two classes of anti-hypertensive with (or without) regular medications,
and also newly diagnosed hypertensive patients
5. Patients with <160 mmHg of SBP and <100mmHg of DBP
Exclusion Criteria
1. Varicose veins
2. Patients with complications of hypertension (Cardiac diseases, Stroke, Kidney diseases)
3. Psychiatric disorder
4. Open wounds, burns, and scalds on the legs
5. Women during pregnancy and menstruation
6. Peripheral neuropathy conditions (ex: Diabetic neuropathy)
