Inclusion Criteria
Thai children with brown irises age 5-14 years
Auto-refractometer shows myopic refractive error SE. ≥ - 0.50
Exclusion Criteria
VA without correction 20/30 or better in one or both eye
Ophthalmic diseases other than refractive error and/or strabismus
Previous ophthalmic surgery
History of allergy or sensitivity to Cyclopentolate
History of cardiovascular disease
Insufficient cooperation interfere with instillation of eye drop or outcome measurement
