Inclusion Criteria

•Consecutive consenting patients of both genders aged 18-60 years, attending dermatology OPD of AIIMS Mangalagiri diagnosed with moderate to severe psoriasis

•Definition of moderate to severe psoriasis is (BSA > 10 or PASI >10) and DLQI > 10. Special clinical situations may change mild psoriasis to moderate to severe including involvement of visible areas or severe nail involvement.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant and lactating women

2. Pre-existing psychiatric illness

3. Pre-existing illnesses like hepatic and renal disease, connective tissue diseases, and malignancies

4. Disease onset within the last 3 months

5. Patients who are practicing yoga/meditation regularly in the past 3 months
