without systemic disease
Exclusion Criteria

high blood pressure
abnormal bleeding

Name Time Method The score of edema , ecchymosis , step and pain. Timepoint: 2 , 7 and 21 days after surgery. Method of measurement: Evaluation of edema and ecchymosis with Kara and Gokalan.
