American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) 1 to 3 undergoing ERCP under propofol sedation

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnant patients

2. Patients with nasal deformities

3. Patients with any bleeding tendency

1. To compare the incidence of desaturation during ERCP with binasal airway versus nasal prongs <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1. The outcome will be noted after Propofol bolus till the completion of the procedure <br/ ><br>
