American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) 1 to 3 undergoing ERCP under propofol sedation
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnant patients
2. Patients with nasal deformities
3. Patients with any bleeding tendency

Name Time Method 1. To compare the incidence of desaturation during ERCP with binasal airway versus nasal prongs <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1. The outcome will be noted after Propofol bolus till the completion of the procedure <br/ ><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To compare the need for rescue airway interventions during the procedure <br/ ><br>2. To note any episodes of hypotension, bradycardia and nasal bleed <br/ ><br>3. To compare physician satisfaction scoreTimepoint: 1. The secondary outcomes will be noted after propofol bolus till the completion of procedure <br/ ><br>2. The physician satisfaction score will be noted after the end of procedure
