Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with primary OA knee undergoing TKA
2. Healthy patient
3. Age > 20yrs
4. BMI < 40 kg/m2
5. can do basic AD
Exclusion Criteria
1. Previous knee surgery
2. History of fracture around the knee
3. undergoing UKA, bilat TKA or robotic-assisted TKA
4. restricted or delayed full weight bearing after surgery
5. severe comorbidities
6. not willing to participate in the study
