Consent to participate in the study
Not having children at home
The first experience of in vitro fertilization treatment
Infertility of female origin
Not having any physical illness
Not having any mental disorders
No history of drug use in the mental and psychological field
No visual impairment
No hearing disorders
No movement disorders
No addiction to smoking, drugs and alcohol
The absence of a stressful event in the last six months, such as the death of a loved one or an accident, etc
Infertility of male origin
A positive pregnancy test before the embryo transfer process
Refusal to participate in the study before the embryo transfer process

Name Time Method Anxiety: Anxiety score in the Spielberger Anxiety Questionnaire. Timepoint: Measuring the level of anxiety of people one hour before the embryo transfer process (before the start of the intervention) and half an hour after the embryo transfer (after the end of the intervention). Method of measurement: Spielberger Anxiety Questionnaire.;Stress: Stress score in Newton's Infertility Stress Questionnaire. Timepoint: Measuring people's stress level one hour before the process of embryo transfer (before the start of the intervention) and half an hour after the embryo transfer (after the end of the intervention). Method of measurement: Newton's Infertility Stress Questionnaire.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pregnancy event: positive pregnancy beta test (above 25 units/milliliter). Timepoint: 14 days after the embryo transfer process. Method of measurement: Beta pregnancy blood test.
