Inclusion Criteria
Women at the age of 20-60 years who had indications for benign gynecological surgery in Thammasat University Hospital.
Hemodynamic stable.
No cardiovascular disease.
Exclusion Criteria
patients with emergency state.
suspected with malignant disease.
received anticoagulant therapy.
patients who need a patient controlled analgesia after surgery.
