Inclusion Criteria
- •Women at the age of 20\-60 years who had indications for benign gynecological surgery in Thammasat University Hospital.
- •Hemodynamic stable.
- •No cardiovascular disease.
Exclusion Criteria
- •patients with emergency state.
- •suspected with malignant disease.
- •received anticoagulant therapy.
- •patients who need a patient controlled analgesia after surgery.
