Inclusion Criteria
- •Permanent single-rooted teeth (maxillary anterior, mandibular anterior and mandibular premolars) diagnosed with Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis and /or symptomatic apical periodontitis.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Periapical lesions
- •2.Calcified canals
- •3.Internal and external resorption
- •4.Extreme root curvature
- •5.Root fracture
- •6.Pregnancy
- •7.Cardiovascular and debilitating diseases
