Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with moderate to severe pain.
- •2\.Normal periapical view, that is without any periapical lesion.
- •3\. No systemic diseases.
- •4\. Needing selective one visit treatment in mandibular 1st\& 2ndmolar
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. In patient where tooth is un restorable, inadequate length, poor periodontal status.
- •2\. Patient with pulp necrosis, periapical radiolucency , sinus tract, periapical abscess.
- •3\. Patient with asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis
