1. Symptomatic irreversible pulpitis with moderate to severe pain.
2.Normal periapical view, that is without any periapical lesion.
3. No systemic diseases.
4. Needing selective one visit treatment in mandibular 1st& 2ndmolar
1. In patient where tooth is un restorable, inadequate length, poor periodontal status.
2. Patient with pulp necrosis, periapical radiolucency , sinus tract, periapical abscess.
3. Patient with asymptomatic irreversible pulpitis
