All patients of the cardiological department of one of the participating hospitals who gave informed consent to their data being extracted from the hospital information system and being contacted for further surveys.

Primary Outcome Measures

The primary endpoint of the study is the diagnosis Acute Myocardial Infarction (ICD-10 I21) in the hospital information system at the end of treatmennt in one of the participating hospitals. The diagnosis is verified by the controlling of the hospital before automated data extraction.
