1.Age 30 to 60yrs.
2.Patients having serum LDL cholesterol levels >160mg/dl.
3.Willingness to participate in the study.
4.Controlled hypertensive patients who are on antihypertensive treatment and who fulfill above mentioned 1st, 2nd & 3rd criteria.
5.Pre diabetic patients with fasting blood sugar >110 and < 126 mg/dl and who fulfill above mentioned 1st, 2nd & 3rd criteria.
1.Family H/O of coronary heart diseases, hypertriglyceridemia
2.Past history of any cardiac event.
3.Any known systemic illness (cancer, hepatic diseases, renal diseases, diabetes, HIV, any abnormality in LFT& KFT).
4.Patients on corticosteroids and hormonal treatment.
5.Excessive alcohol intake, who are taking 60 ml in case of males and 30 ml in case of female for last 1 yr.
6.Unable or unwilling to give informed consent.
7.Pregnant and lactating mother.
