Inclusion Criteria
1.Pain â??VAS score >5/10
2.Only Unilateral cases
3.Patient diagnosed with Distal End Radius Fracture (Post 6weeks from day of injury)
Mode of Treatment selected were â?? Conervatively managed with Plaster of Paris cast, Closed reduction with K-wire, open reduction internal fixation with Ellis plating, External Fixator.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients having any recent injuries to the Hand ,Wrist, Elbow and Shoulders in the past 1 year on the ipsilateral side.
Patients who have had Distal End Radius Fracture in the past. (Re-fracture cases due to osteoporosis or any other reasons)

Name Time Method Pain evaluation- Visual Analogue Scale <br/ ><br>ROM- Wrist and Radioulnar Joint Range of Motion with half cicrle goniometer <br/ ><br>Function-Disability of Arm, Shoulder and Hand (DASH) <br/ ><br>Grip Strength- Grip Dynamometer <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1.On the day of 1st session(Pre-treatment) <br/ ><br>2.At end of 2 weeks post treatment <br/ ><br>3.At end of 4 weeks post treatment
