- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare the laryngoscopic stress response (Systolic Blood Pressure) attenuation by using iv fentanyl and iv magnesium sulphate as premedication in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia .Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters will be noted in means of systolic blood pressure after giving premedication, just after induction, immediately after laryngoscopy, 2 minutes post intubation,5 minute after intubation.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare Heart Rate changes during Laryngoscopy between two groupsTimepoint: Intraoperative period; To compare requirement of intravenous induction agent Propofol among two groups.Timepoint: Intraoperative period; To compare the side effects of the two adjuvants used (if any)Timepoint: Intraoperative & postoperative period upto 12 hours
