Inclusion Criteria

Patients who met the diagnostic criteria of KOA and were admitted to the hospital with a clear diagnosis and included, and patients voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria
  1. Age under 40 years; <br>2. Presence of metabolic-related arthritis (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, joint tuberculosis, psoriatic arthritis, etc.); <br>3. Recent knee trauma; <br>4. Presence of infectious knee disease; <br>5. History of previous knee surgery: e.g. knee replacement or tibial osteotomy, etc.; <br>6. History of knee cavity injection within the past 6 months; <br>7. Neurological disease: e.g. brain history of surgery, brain tumor, seizure, stroke or intracranial metal implant; <br>8. With severe cardiovascular disease, pulmonary disease or other serious diseases affecting survival, etc., having received other rehabilitation treatments in the last month, having used sedative drugs in the last three months, etc.; <br>9. Patients who did not meet the inclusion criteria and were incorrectly included; <br>10. Patients with incomplete final data and unable to assess the efficacy.
