Inclusion Criteria
Coughing
Cough duration less than 3 weeks
Age 2 to 12 years
Exclusion Criteria
Having allergies or contraindications to dextromethorphan or coughstop syrup
Existence of chronic conditions that require long-term pharmacological treatment.
Fever
Taking antibiotics
Participate in other trials during the last 15 days

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Check the quality of the cough. In each study, the level of recovery was complete recovery (complete cessation of cough), Relative recovery (patient is satisfied with the reduction of cough or the duration of cough is halved), No improvement (the drug does not change the severity of the cough) is assessed. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) And 24, 48 and 96 hours after the start of treatment. Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale.
