Inclusion Criteria
persecutor and idiopathic cough,cough duration<3 weeks, age>10 old.
exclusion criteria :presence of allergies or contraindications taking dextromethorphan or bronchobarij,need special treatment or a particularly aggressive during the study period, a chronic condition that requires long-term treatment of Pharmacology in this time,participation in other trials during the past 15 days.
