Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patient aged between 18 and 85 years.
  • •Patient with signs of carpal tunnel syndrome in the last 3 months.
  • •Patient with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome according to electrodiagnostic criteria (modified Stevens criteria).
  • •Patient with pain intensity of 4 and more.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Severe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome requiring surgical intervention.
  • •Pregnancy and malignancy
  • •Concomitant neuropathy or radiculopathy.
  • •Patient with allergic reactions to Lidocaine, Hyaluronic acid and Hyaluronidase
  • •History of steroid injection into the Carpal Tunnel in the last 3 months.
  • •History of metabolic diseases such as diabetes and thyroid, rheumatoid arthritis.
  • •Patient with thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS).
  • •Previous Carpal Tunnel release surgery .
  • •Patient with severe atrophy of the tendon .
