Investigators
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient aged between 18 and 85 years.
- •Patient with signs of carpal tunnel syndrome in the last 3 months.
- •Patient with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome according to electrodiagnostic criteria (modified Stevens criteria).
- •Patient with pain intensity of 4 and more.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Severe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome requiring surgical intervention.
- •Pregnancy and malignancy
- •Concomitant neuropathy or radiculopathy.
- •Patient with allergic reactions to Lidocaine, Hyaluronic acid and Hyaluronidase
- •History of steroid injection into the Carpal Tunnel in the last 3 months.
- •History of metabolic diseases such as diabetes and thyroid, rheumatoid arthritis.
- •Patient with thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS).
- •Previous Carpal Tunnel release surgery .
- •Patient with severe atrophy of the tendon .
