- •3. Operative sites at elbow, forearm, wrist or hand

- •2.Contraindications to a regional anesthetic technique
- •3.Allergy to local anaesthetics
- •4.BMI >35
- •5.Pregnancy
- •6.Severe mental illness or congnitive dysfunction
