Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. American Society of Anaesthesiologits (ASA) physical status I to III
  • •2\. Age 18 to 75 years old
  • •3\. Operative sites at elbow, forearm, wrist or hand

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patient’s refusal of brachial plexus block
  • •2\.Contraindications to a regional anesthetic technique
  • •3\.Allergy to local anaesthetics
  • •4\.BMI \>35
  • •5\.Pregnancy
  • •6\.Severe mental illness or congnitive dysfunction
