Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Teenagers as participants aged\-between 13\-17 and having diabetes.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Significant mental health problems i.e. active suicidality, psychosis or inappropriateness to go on waitlist due to severity of presenting problem etc.
