- •Decreased mouth opening
- •Patients with limited neck movements
- •Cervical spine pathology
- •Oral cavity mass

- •Risk of aspiration (full stomach, hiatus hernia, emergency surgery, gastroesophageal reflux disease)
- •History of radiotherapy to neck region
- •Poor dentition
